Welcome to CADILAX. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the CADILAX gaming platform (“Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
CADILAX refers to the online gaming platform accessible through cadilax.net.
User refers to any individual who registers for or uses the Platform.
Game Creator refers to a user who initiates a game by staking money and selecting a color.
Opponent refers to a user who joins an existing game by matching the required stake amount.
To use CADILAX, you must satisfy the following criteria:
Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age required to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Use the Platform only where participation is lawful.
CADILAX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
Users are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
All activities conducted through their account.
CADILAX shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to the user’s negligence.
A user may create a game by staking an amount of not less than UGX 1,000.
The Game Creator selects either Black or Red.
Another user may join only by staking the exact same amount as the Game Creator.
The Opponent independently chooses either Black or Red.
If both users select the same color, the Opponent is declared the winner.
If the users select different colors, the Game Creator is declared the winner.
Once a game has been joined, neither player may cancel or alter their selection.
The system automatically determines the outcome based on the players’ selections.
The minimum stake is UGX 1,000.
Both participants must contribute equal stake amounts.
Winnings shall be credited according to the Platform’s payout rules after deduction of any applicable service charges or transaction fees, where applicable.
CADILAX reserves the right to revise fees upon prior notice.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposit and withdrawal details are correct.
Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification.
CADILAX reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals where fraud, security concerns, or regulatory requirements exist.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Users agree not to:
Use automated software, bots, scripts, or unauthorized applications.
Exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities.
Manipulate games or collude with other users.
Create multiple accounts for unfair advantage.
Engage in fraudulent or dishonest conduct.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension, forfeiture of winnings, or permanent account termination.
Users shall not:
Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Platform.
Upload malicious software.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Engage in money laundering or any illegal activity.
CADILAX reserves the right to report unlawful activities to relevant authorities.
CADILAX may require users to provide identification documents before processing withdrawals or where suspicious activity is detected.
Failure to comply may result in suspension of the account.
CADILAX encourages responsible gaming. Users should:
Play only with money they can afford to lose.
Set personal spending limits where appropriate.
Avoid excessive or compulsive gaming.
If you believe gaming is negatively affecting your life, you are encouraged to seek professional support and discontinue using the Platform.
CADILAX may suspend or terminate any account where:
These Terms are violated.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
False information has been provided.
Required verification is not completed.
Required by law.
Suspension or termination may include forfeiture of funds obtained through fraudulent means.
CADILAX is not responsible for losses resulting from:
Internet failures.
Power outages.
Mobile network interruptions.
Device malfunctions.
System maintenance.
Events beyond our reasonable control.
Where a technical fault materially affects a game, CADILAX may investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CADILAX shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages.
Loss of profits.
Loss resulting from user negligence.
Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Events beyond its reasonable control.
The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
All software, trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, and content on CADILAX remain the exclusive property of CADILAX unless otherwise stated.
Users may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission.
CADILAX collects and processes personal information for:
Account management.
Security.
Payment processing.
Fraud prevention.
Compliance with applicable laws.
User information will be handled in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy.
CADILAX may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Uganda.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Uganda.
