10-Step Deposit Walkthrough

Sign in to your account
Open Cadilax and sign in with your phone number/username and password.

Open "Wallet"
Select "Wallet" from the navigation menu or dashboard.

Select "Deposit"
Click the "Deposit" button to open the deposit modal.

Choose your payment method
Select your Mobile Money provider (MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, etc.).

Enter the amount
Type the amount in UGX you wish to add to your wallet (minimum deposit is 1,000 UGX).

Check the phone number
Verify that your registered Mobile Money phone number is correct.

Confirm the payment request
Click "Deposit Now" to trigger the prompt.

Complete the prompt on your phone
Look at your phone screen for the USSD prompt and enter your Mobile Money PIN.

Wait for confirmation
Hold tight while the transaction is processed securely.

Check updated wallet balance
Your balance will automatically refresh as soon as payment confirmation is received.
